the envelope is looking quite good. consistent application of elements with the logotype, supporting type, and book pages on black bg.

the arrangement of type in relation to the address label is wonky. i'd follow a more traditional left / right approach to addressing the envelope, with the conference content on the left side, and the address label on the right side. don't put the dates underneath the address label. then that makes it more of a challenge to re-create a "book-type" feel, but you can work that out i think.

also, looks like most of your logotype applications are strictly horizontal, so keep the logotype on the address sticker horizontal.

the outside unfolded looks quite nice. the word "speakers" on the backmost page may not need to be both big AND bold AND italic. try one or the other and see.

on the subtltle "expressive type & the book" are you using small caps? the ampersand is above cap height. small caps are hard to discern unless they're contrasted against regular caps or lower case, and this situation just looks like a large ampersand -- kinda mistake-y.

finally, i wonder why these single pages are flying through space. they are very nicely torn / cut out from a book i suppose. is that odd? why are they flying around? does that matter? it looks nice but the rational side of me wonders why/how they got to that composition.

meredith!

i really like the old style paper feel and the revised logotype! I think it works perfectly for your conference theme!
