Voting posters continued

I have decided that I would like to focus more on mexican american voters. This may be for one poster while the other is more broadly hispanic focused. I did find this image:


It's a semi-famous poster about the Venezuelan president saying "lets vote, it's the only way to shut up Chavez" and it could be used for parody or even anti-thesis considering his mouth is censored and voting is all about getting out your opinion. I would use it toward my broader hispanic poster. The only problem I'm having is feeling like I don't know what I'd be using- is this a poster made by an anti-civil rights group? Why does Chavez need to be shut up? So much to do...
